"There was an issue that the reservation through Expedia wasnt transfered to thier system so I didnt have a reservation in thier system! They quickly remedied the situation & gave us a beautiful room in thier newest section! It was brand new! I would definitely book with them again! My 2nd stay at Westgate in Coudersport, I will go back again! Friendly staff & great, reasonable accommodations!"
"We come out to Olean area several times a year to visit family. My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner. It exceeded my expectations by miles and miles. The location is great, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfortable. Every detail, was thought of. Definitely booking this again for our next stay."
"Well first off theres no staff at the office. Sticky note says to call some cell phone then u leave a message to get a call back. Which whatever fine I did that but then I went in and saw peeling moldy walls, the tub was peeling with blue stuff under it...I also found mens dirty underwear and pants thrown in a ball next to the bed.. I left early...I called the property and no anwser. I texted through hotels.com and they said "sorry but we are an old hotel but we are clean". I showed them the photos of the peeling wall paper and mold and they said ok sorry. Then I asked for a phone call. No response. Its lying to customers to show photos that are very old. I stayed in room #1."
"The staff was excellent & extremely friendly. The room was very spacious, had a microwave and mini fridge. There could have been another garbage can or a bigger one in the room. The breakfast was very minimal but did the job. Everything in the common areas was very clean. I personally did not use any of the “amenities” so I can’t comment on that. I will definitely be using this Hotel again based on this visit."
