This apt is near to so much. It is very well located in fact it is opposite a popular picture site with the canal. There is a quiet after 10pm rule that everyone should be aware of but it was definitely manageable even with two teenagers. It’s very comfortable and the rooms are big we easily slept our family of 5.

Communication was prompt and very friendly. Self check-in was extremely easy and convenient. The place was clean, and had a great setup. We slept great. The luggage storage was nearby and convenient.

The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees!

Check in was easy. They sent pictures of the door, the codes to enter and gave very specific instructions. We were able to find it with no problem. Second floor apartment but there was an elevator available. The lighting in the entryway when first entering the building was very poor and we had to use flashlight on our phones to see the steps. Entering the apartment was fine, no problem with the codes to enter. Large bathroom with washing machine! We had been traveling all day and all 4 of us used the toilet. Unfortunately, it was not working and not flushing at all! 2 bedrooms, 1 was larger with TV. Husband sat on the bed and the wooden slats holding the mattress were broken. He sank to the floor! These were obviously already broken because when we lifted the mattress there was wood on the floor. Mattress was very worn and we rolled to the middle. Texted the owners who responded quickly. He arranged for a handyman to come over. The gentleman did not arrive until after 7 pm. He was able to fix the bed and rig the toilet so it would flush if we poured water into it with a bucket they provided. He left telling us that he would return the next day to fix the toilet correctly. We did not hear from the handyman and he did not return the next day. Upon checkout I texted the owner again to ask for a partial refund or discount. The person responding to the text message said that they would check with "collegues" and get back to us. They never responded.

Sentral beliggenhet, med gåavstand til det meste. Dagligvarebutikker, samt cafeer og restauranter i nærheten. Vanskelig å kjøre o området - fikk hjelp med å finne p-hus i nærheten. Ok standard på leilighet. Veldig mye bråk utenfor på nattestid!

Modern/Traditional Apartment, very secure building. A lot of space for a family of 5. AC great! You'll be in the middle of the most interesting thing in Bologna. Owner very kind and helpful. Increible limpio y espacioso departamento para una familia de 5. Area especial para caminar y conocer Bologna. Dueño muy amable y servicial.
