Una piacevole scoperta

BB centralissimo, a pochi passi da Corso Indipendenza, Piazza Maggiore. La titolare, signora Francesca, estremamente cortese e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia, camera comoda per 3 persone, così come il grande bagno... Unico appunto (minimo): uno specchio di cortesia per chi deve radersi la mattina. CONSIGLIATISSIMO, CI TORNERO' LA PROSSIMA VOLTA CHE SARO' A BOLOGNA

Super Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem nicht laut

Wünschenswert wäre der Hinweis, dass es fürs Frühstück Bons für Bars gibt, wer ein ausgiebiges Frühstück gewohnt ist, wird über das italienische mit Kaffee/Tee + 1 Brioche eventuell enttäuscht sein.

B&B Parigi - Bologne

3 nuits en centre ville avec petit déjeuner dans un des trois cafés proposés. Très beau quartier, calme, chambre propre, pas de bureau, connexion internet de moyenne qualité.

Lo consiglio vivamente!

Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Camera molto bella e confortevole, raramente capita una stanza arredata con gusto e a prezzo giusto. La signora Francesca disponibilissima e carinissima, appena arrivati ci ha dato una mappa consigliandoci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Colazione molto buona, in un bar a due passi dalla camera. Unicissima pecca la pulizia della stanza non proprio perfetta, e qualche macchia nelle lenzuola, ma insomma risolvibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Estupendo

B&B Parigi está en una ubicación inmejorable para acceder a los sitios interesantes con facilidad. Decoración muy cuidada, habitación enorme con vestidor y un baño muy moderno. Francesca, la casera, muy simpática y servicial.

At a "bed and breakfast", you'd expect breakfast..

The breakfast here is a measly 4 euro voucher to a local cafe, which is not ideal but also not a huge deal. But at the cafe our options were limited to a croissant and a coffee each. I think it's fair to assume that a "bed and breakfast" should include a more legitimate breakfast than that, especially if the breakfast is going to be off-site. Still, we were willing to give these guys the benefit of the doubt since it was January 1 and the cafe was very busy. But when we raised our disappointment with the owners of the bed and breakfast and asked for a fair refund of the breakfast portion of what we'd paid, they chose to turn it into a needless argument. They responded with gems such as "Well, you ate the croissant, didn't you?" Considering we paid 200 euros for the room, CASH and upfront (as they insisted on via email several times), this was completely unprofessional of them. The room itself and the location was very nice (no soap or shampoo though), but with their complete lack of professionalism and respect toward paying customers over such a minor sum of money, I can't in good conscience recommend this place.

Mooie kamer, top locatie, erg vriendelijk personeel Het adres is makkelijk te vinden, eenmaal voor de deur moet je goed zoeken naa de juiste bel. B&B staat met kleine letters aangegeven.

Großes und gemütliches Zimmer, freundlicher Empfan

Der Empfang von Francesca war sehr freundschaftlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Sie steht einem jeder Zeit zur Verfügung (Jan das zwar nicht genutzt, aber sie hat es angeboten). Das Zimmer ist groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Einzig unangenehme war der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer sobald man den Wasserhahn aufgedreht hat. Alles andere war top und auch die Sauberkeit war super.

Il bed and breakfast Parigi è molto ben situato, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale di Bologna e in pieno centro città a due passi da Piazza Maggiore, le due Torri, ecc. La camera per due era confortevole: il letto molto grande e di qualità. Il bagno era grande e spazioso e anche la doccia. E stata molto utile l'aria condizionata in camera con il caldo degli ultimi 2 giorni del nostro soggiorno. Francesca è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito utili informazioni. Per esempio ci ha consigliato di andare al santuario della madonna di San Luca: passeggiata bella, lunga ma memorabile! Ne vale veramente la pena. Ci siamo trovati bene e abbiamo approffittato al massimo di Bologna vista la posizione del B&B.

Great room, but...

The room was spacious with a very good bathroom and plenty of room for unpacking luggage. Francesca is a lovely, welcoming and thoughtful host. But for holiday travellers, we needed to be able to make a hit drink, store a little food in a frig and have a place to make a snack. We had to go out for these things and that's not always convenient. The location is excellent, close to cafés, theatre and the central area.

Location is a plus!

Location was wonderful. Francesca, the Owner was very nice and helpful. Clean Room was decorated nicely and big and comfortable, but did have extra furniture that wasn't needed. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Breakfast was a voucher for a local cafe so that wasn't very impressive but it wasn't a big deal. We do Recommend staying here, and would return again.

Location is the only point

The hotel is a bit simple in the residential area, not even a proper sign outside so it is not all that easy to find. The room is simple although size is not too small, but not all that comfortable. The room was not made up on the 2nd day. Breakfast is provided by cafe outside the hotel, with one pce of bread and a coffee only. The advantage of this hotel is location, within 2 minuts walk it is already the town center. Although price very low, but I don't think I will stay in the hotel again.

Great location and very nice room.

Francesca, the owner, is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are nicely furnished and very modern. You'll get a 2.50 euro voucher per person to have breakfast at several of the coffee bars nearby. The hotel is just a block away from the piazza, tucked away in a low key and quiet alley. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Bologna.
