The room was clean, but noisy. The toilet didn't flush well, I had to press the button for 30 times to do a flush.
I like to thank the front desk staffs who helped me to check in and check out, they were all polite and friendly. The room attendants were nice too. I appreciated that very much.
The terrible experience was from the restaurant. On April 18 local time. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I wanted any coffee. I observed when other guests came in, the staff greeted them and asked what kind of coffee they wanted.
The local tour guides taught us to do things slowly so I was trying to do that, the breakfast was ok, I ate slowly and then tried to plan for my itinerary, I believed for a total of 1.5 hours or so, when I went for my last cup of tea and back to the table, they already cleaned the table, one of the staff, an older gentleman with grey hair and black frame eye glasses suddenly yelled and lashed out at me, "You are here for two hours, two hours" then he continued saying things in Italian and walked behind me to somewhere....he was probably scolding me in Italian. His coworker and even some guests could hear it, his rude behavior was totally unacceptable, the worst that I have ever encountered, what have I done to deserve that? If you are working in service sector, there is no room for prejudice, discrimination, nor rude manner toward any customers. Of course I did not go back to that restaurant anymore!!
