Well organized apartment with everything you need for cooking and washing. The shower is a religious experience! Brand new and very comfortable on a ped-only street. Restaurants below but noise not an issue. Only drawback is 35 stairs- not great for old knees. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Casa Del Sole by Studio Vita Apartments for two nights at the end of September, This was the second apartment we stayed in out of 4 in Bologna due to flight cancellations. The check-in process is very easy, clear and reception is location a 3-4 minute walk away (for us at our first apartment building). The building itself is a traditional Bolognese building on a street busy with Trattoria's. There is no lift so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, something to be mindful of but was not a problem for us. Inside, the apartment is more modern than others, but has everything you need and the triple glazing was brilliant! Trust me you will notice it. We had a very comfortable and quiet few nights sleep here. It was very clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities, but may be on the small side for some. Location wise, you are in walking distance to everything you could need or places you would want to visit. I would stay again but if you want something with more of a traditional Italian feeling I would recommend Residenza Ariosto Depandance

This is a very nice apartment. It has a really cosy atmosphere. It was also very clean. Modern bathroom and clean shower. Aircon is ok, but only in the living area. Good information booklet provided by the property company. Apartment location is superb for exploring Bologna. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, two immediately outside. My only negatives are, it can get a little noisy at night from the street below, which was hard to understand as the property is fully double-glazed. And the other thing was that there were no instructions on how to extended the sofa bed. But other than those two points, it’s excellent.
