"La habitación era amplia, bien iluminada, buena ropa de cama y toallas; hay refrigerador y pava eléctrica. El personal de recepción y desayunador es amable. Nuestro inconveniente fue con el aire acondicionado que dejó de funcionar y nos cambiaron de habitación. En los pasillos hay dispenser de agua fría y la TV está provista de YouTube más Netflix. "Very clean room, wonderful helpful staff, seedless check in. All the amenities were as stated. Great location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars. We did not have the breakfast, but we were able to store our food and use the kitchen supplies for our own breakfast."

"If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that...
