Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required. At the checkout reception presented to be closed, and keys were to be returned to the box outside the reception. The apartment presented to be well equipped and clean. Kitchen block had everything needed to prepare meals, store food and presented to be in working order. Bathroom and toilet presented to be clean and in working order too. Towels and bed linen were provided. Bedroom and living room were quite decent to have a good sleep. Though. mattress in the living room could have been more comfortable. Overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it as a good base for anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

Emplacement privilégié, seule résidence de tourisme au pied des pistes. En attendant un rafraichissement global, Les infrastructures sont dans leur jus. Isolation thermique et phonique d'un autre temps. Le nettoyage est perfectible, nous avons trouvé des emballages alimentaires en dépliant le canapé-lit. A l'accueil, un espace de détente agréable avec des canapés propose des jeux des livres et des magazines. Dommage que cet espace n'est pas accessible le soir après 19H et plusieurs jours par semaine.

Après une première semaine dans le super Pierre et vacances de Collioure nous avons été plutôt déçu par celui de Bolqueres pris dans la continuité. Stock de vaisselle minimal (5 pour un logement 5 personnes, donc vaisselle ou lave vaisselle à chaque repas), 5 lits une place pour un couple avec un enfant, très désagréable pour nous, et pas conforme à la réservation, logement globalement très vieillot et le matériel aussi (micro onde antédiluvien, idem pour la moquette rase du sol et la literie). Le ménage laisse beaucoup à dire aussi, des toiles d’araignées présentes dans la chambre, des jouets de précédents occupants sous un lit (petits lego)… Seul aspect positif de cette résidence : son emplacement très central qui est pratique tant pour les commerces que les balades

Résidence idéalement placée au pied des pistes, parking dans la résidence, studio petit mais très bien agencé, seul 2 petits bémols, la douche étant petite un mitigeur thermostatique aurait été préférable, on touche et donc on dérègle facilement le mitigeur classique, et d'autre part la penderie est très difficile d'accès, il aurait fallu que les portes soient tournées d'un 1/4 de tour. A part ces 2 petits détails je recommande fortement cet établissement.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario: microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, cafetera, tostadora, aspiradora, ollas, vajilla, cubiertos, kit de limpieza para la cocina, sábanas y toallas todo sin coste adicional. Está limpio y cerca de los lugares de interés. Cruzando La Calle tienes las pistas de esquí y en verano hay hinchables gratis para los niños. Detrás hay un parque infantil muy grande y rutas de senderismo. No hay secador de pelo algo a tener en cuenta si se viaja en invierno. Tampoco hay ascensor por lo que si se lleva mucho equipaje es incómodo.

Vacances "Le sequoia"

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cette résidence. Très calme et familiale. Parking privé appréciable. Proche du pied des pistes. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé. Possibilité de se faire livrer le petit-déjeuner. En revanche l'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux. Même si l'état général est propre, certains recoins devraient être plus approfondir.

Casi perfecto!

El lugar es ideal para los que busquen tranquilidad, literalmente a pie de las pistas de esqui, aunque si no te va el esquí, tienes el bosque al lado para realizar excursiones adentrándote en él y, con un poco de suerte, cruzarte con ciervos como fue nuestro caso. Por ponerle alguna pega al alojamiento, sólo se me ocurren dos: una, siendo muy quisquilloso, que no disponen de ascensor, aunque el hotel tiene sólo dos plantas, cuando llegas con las maletas o la compra puede ser un poco engorroso. La segunda, y esta sí que debería considerarla la dirección del establecimiento, es que las camas son extremadamente duras lo que puede comportar un descanso deficiente. Por lo demás todo a pedir de boca: buena atención del personal, supermercado cercano, el entorno es paisajísticamente precioso, habitaciones bien climatizadas, lavavajillas, microondas... todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea agradable.

Apartamento sencillo pero completo. Cama doble tipo sofa cama pero muy comodo. Habia aspirador, lavavajillas, microondas, nevera, vajilla y wifi gratis. Con balcon. Muy tranquilo (julio 2017) y con parking en el propio recinto. Recomendable
