The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties.

It was great experience with this property. Coming quite late it was difficult to find. As we arrived we were offered dinner for reasonable price and since we did not feel going back to town we accepted. Oh my God, that turned out really special dinner next to fire place in rustic surrounding, with three course plentiful, tasty meal and cake and their wine included. We felt like kings. In the morning we strolled along beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and cosy, rustic and beautiful. Grounds and gardens too.

The owners are lovely and the location is so close to Bolsena it's a stones throw. The owners were very kind and actually I will miss Bolsena and this place.

Terrible. They don’t have the correct phone numbers. I was trying to find their location by GPS it sent me I. The middle of no where. I called no answer then through my check in experience I put a sad face they message and gas lighted me that they had been there and received no call. I sent a screen shot of call and the number Expedia showed for them. Don’t stay here.

La location è meravigliosa ma è un peccato che tutto il resto non sia altrettanto. La camera senza bidet e senza acqua calda, sia la sera che la mattina. La cena proposta a menù e prezzo fisso veramente scarsa e scadente: antipasto con una fetta di prosciutto, tre di salame e due fettine di pane bruschettato. Le tagliatelle solo all'aroma di funghi , costine senza carne(ho dovuto chiederne una seconda porzione) e salsiccia non pervenuta, patate carbonizzate. Il tutto molto freddo perché i piatti passano all'esterno dalla cucina alla sala. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

Le site était magnifique. Le seul bémol était le lit avec un matelas à ressorts. On a manqué de confort. La chambre quant à elle était spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas soupé sur les lieux. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais possiblement plus apprécié des gens qui aiment les café et les charcuteries et pâtisseries le matin. On a quand même trouvé de quoi nous nourrir :) L'accueil était très chaleureux.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen. Das Gebäude ist historisch und entsprechend auch die Zimmer und deren Einrichtung. Leichte Modernisierung, mehr Liebe zum Detail, neue Sanitäranlagen und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sowie allgemeine Sauberkeit, wären aus meiner Sicht zwingend erforderlich. Das Abendessen und der Pool waren super!

Agriturismo sulla collina sopra al Lago di Bolsena

Agriturismo molto carino sulla collina davanti a Bolsena e al suo lago, consiglio le camere vista lago perche' il panorama e' veramente bello. Chiaramente e' molto meglio una vacanza estiva, cosi' da approfittare della piscina e delle bellissime passeggiate nei boschi. Ottimo anche per il Trekking in bici
