"What they call a continental breakfast is laughable. How are you going to have a bowl that has three or four honey buns, and a bunch of granola barssitting in the main office beside a machine that dispenses water down apple juice and cranberry juice and call that your continental breakfast rooms are very dirty roach infested, most of the staff are very rude. Last stay there was very traumatic was locked out of my room for asking to be switched to a non-roach invested room the night before and...

Called housekeeping & front desk several times & no one picked up (did get the towels tho, but no beds made, etc). Room HVAC was wonky: either too hot or too cold. TV didn’t work. Bar wasnt open when we wanted to get something. Always seemed like it was closed. "
