"The train lines announced a strike that would disrupt our future travel. I requested to cancel my 3rd night 36 hours in advance so I wouldn’t have to forfeit the next 8 days of my trip. "terrible experience. Firstly we didn’t get robes and towels upon check in which meant we had to return for these from the red block to query about them. Apparently you need to ask for these!
