"Our Coco Reef stay was definitely not worth the high price that we paid. The decor of the rooms seem stuck in the 1980s. The food was expensive and not tasty. The beach was full or seaweeds. We did not enjoy this experience!"

"The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "

"From the time we got there we was having probleming flashing the toilet and it got worst as the time when by . We went out for the day and came back to light flckering ,gate not opening ,and the other gate was locked and we had no keys to open the gate . The bedroom door got lock no keys to open the door. We were expecting to call every time something went wrong. They have to do better when ppl are paying their money for a place to stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Tropikist. It’s a beautiful facility with ocean front views and a pool and well maintained grounds. Breakfast was tasty. The staff are pleasant, friendly and all helpful. The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the main road if you don’t have a vehicle. There are some opportunities to improve, specifically the infrastructure- wifi is poor in the rooms and if there is a water shortage, then water dispensers should be placed on every floor.
