"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast.
