"The facility was lovely and it's proximity to the Salt Museum ideal. However, I have never been in a hotel room where we could not regulate the temperature before. Apparently, there is a master control and we froze all night. Opening the window to warm up was not an option because of insects, so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Also, the 10 am check out is a bit premature given the isolation -- 11 would be better. The breakfast was excellent. "

"This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing."

"Nice staff and unique hotel however, got food poisoning at their restaurant and was on the brink of needing to go to the hospital. The beds are rock hard too, makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. "

"The property is a beautiful modern conversion of an old church with stunning architectural features. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. It's a bit tricky to reach if you're driving, but we took advantage of the guarded offsite parking and were quite happy with the service. There was no view from the room, but that was due to the nature of the architecture. The location was excellent for walking."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close pretty much to everything in Trapani. The stuff is wonderful! "Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."
