"Perfect spot"

"Cirstly, Check in was terrible. Concierge didn’t even bother to show us to our block. Just pointed to a general direction and expected us to go find the block ourselves. We had to go 2 rounds before we found our room. Secondly, there were insects in the toilet bowl. After removing it, more insects appeared. Thirdly, there was no water supply from about 7pm onwards till the next morning slightly past 8am. "

"Wir fanden die Nähe zum Nationalpark sowie die Möglichkeiten, sich mit Getränken und Snacks auf dem Weg dorthin einzudecken, super. Die Zimmergröße ist auch sehr gut! Das Bett war auch bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Das ganze Zimmer war aber komplett voller Staub, was auch noch annehmbar war. Was gar nicht in Ordnung ist: das Bad! Zustand schlechter als beim Camping. Alles rostet, Fugen schimmeln. Knallheiß, da dort keine Klimaanlage ist. Das ist direkt der nächste Punkt, der sogar...

"Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great. Slightly let down on a few areas: Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum) The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here. There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining. Great potential but needs a few things sorting out. "

"A really great hotel experience. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The water in the pool was a bit too cold to our liking but the area around the pool was really nice and beautiful and a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the mountain view from our room which cannot be expected from all rooms. The breakfast was amazing and yet another highlight during our stay. "There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again. 1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness. 2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature...

"Excellent room and facilities. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had great choices. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Teppanyaki chef was fun and food was great. My partner enjoyed the spa very much. Will go again. "
