"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "My wife and I spent two nights here with a balcony view facing the sea. The property and staff are great. We typically had tapas for lunch at the restaurant where the prices are reasonable and food was consistently good. The grounds are great and it's nicely positioned a short stroll away from the historic streets and beach. The gym is lovely and there is a vibrant but not overly busy atmosphere. Great plus is the fully stocked supermarket under the hotel complex."
