"Not bad hotel. Bar staff were excellent. Front desk staff tried to overcharge me £50 but luckily i had my pre booked confirmation with me. Good location and good breakfast. Rooms are clean enough"

"This bed-and-breakfast is wonderful. A very cute hotel with a very nice breakfast. The location is fabulous. Only a block away from the Portsmouth historical Harbour area which includes the Mary Rose Tudor ship Museum. Located across the street from the train, bus station, and the ferry terminal if you want to go to the Isle of Wight. It’s an adult only property so you have to be over 21 to stay there. I highly recommend it."

"We appreciated being allowed to check in early and being given a room on the top floor as requested in advance. We also particularly liked the quiet and walkable neighborhood, the proximity to the docks, the dining and relaxation areas, the complete breakfast, and several of the dinner selections which we enjoyed both of our 2 nights at the hotel. The only negative aspect was the extremely small size of our room in which we could barely open and make use of our luggage."

"The room was clean and decor in good. It was air-conditioned but stopped during the night, there was a window but it was locked shut so not a great nights sleep. If these hotels want to save on electric please let us open a window. We wouldn't stay in the summer months due to this reason alone. Convenient for parking, shopping and eating and good value for money."

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."
