Hotel Best Western di Bonita

"6 individuals were staying in the room above me. They were checking in and settling in for 2 hours starting 10:30 pm. I was there for a business meeting the next morning. Did not get any sleep or rest. I called the front desk and asked for the people upstairs to be quiet. Next, after 15 minutes of more noise, I got up in my pajamas and went to the front desk. "Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...
