However, the front desk experience was disappointing the staff member who greeted me was on the phone, laughing, didn’t even say hello, and just asked for my name before handing over the room card. I also noticed a few hairs on the bed cover, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper shower."

"Wonderful. I was traveling with my elderly mother - not an easy task - but everything was taken care of. Interesting, from the front door, there is a panoramic view of where many restaurants were gathered together. Just remember to go straight at the main intersection (rather than turning right), then you'll be fine. But everything about the hotel itself was fantastic. If ever we find ourselves passing through Meridian again, we will certainly return to this hotel."
