Wir fanden es sehr gut. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber dafür ist Bob immer erreichbar über mobile Geräte. Für die Eingangstüren immer auf geladenes Handy achten.

Best center located hotel.
Location is the best, the fastest check in, everything was clean and neat, quiet area. At first i was sceptic about it, but im glad i booked this place.

On the positive side, the location is great and the room was clean. But … Tiny room on the 4th floor, no elevator. No room service at all. No keys either. The only way to get in is via internet, which means if your phone doesn’t work or you aren’t connected, you are screwed. There is an AC unit on the wall which was needed since it was very hot, but it blew cold air straight at my face, which was really unpleasant. Various other things in the room didn’t work right or were missing but with nobody in the building, it was too much hassle to ask for help.

As we are a historical building there is no possibility to install an elevator. Before arrival all our guest receive an email with the checkin details. On request we are more than happy to hand you a room key if needed. Please contact our team for any assistance. As we are an unmanned building, we're not in the building 24/7. Of course you can get in touch with us at any time via phone, Whatsapp or email. To make this clear for our guest we state this on all our booking websites, to point out we run a digital concept. Kurztrip 2 Personen
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt aber leider war das ausgeschrieben Doppelbett nur 1,4m breit dh deutlich zu schmal für zwei Personen. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt (es gab auch keinen Hinweis darauf, dass dies nicht geschieht) und der Zugangscode für den Check-In wurde nur auf Nachfrage zugesandt - dies sorgte für reichlich Irritationen bei der Anreise. Insgesamt, Zimmer ist gut für 1 Person geeignet, war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Lage ist sehr zentral.

Hi Gerhard,Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass die Zimmergröße nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprach. Wir würden dir empfehlen, nächstes mal eines unserer Comfy oder Comfy Studios auszuprobieren. Diese sind etwas größer und das Comfy Studio beinhaltet sogar eine voll ausgestattete Küche.Wir hoffen sehr, deine Erwartungen beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Bonn zu erfüllen.Beste Grüße,Bob W
