"Visited during a heatwave and the aircon was non existent on arrival, requested to borrow a desk fan which the staff kindly obliged to. They attempted to then repair the unit after a second request which improved conditions slightly in our room but the corridor still remained much cooler than the ..."

"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."
