"At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it quickly became clear that it had not been properly cleaned. I found a used baby rag left behind the chair and blood drops on our bedding…completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this fell far below that standard.
I reported the issue to the front desk immediately. I was given new bedding and changed it myself. I wad told that photos had been taken and sent to management, and that I would hear back from them by a certain time the next day. That never happened. Asked for a partial refund so that we could get another room and was assured management would reach out to me. Never happened. Since then, I have made multiple calls over several days trying to resolve the situation and request a refund, but I have received no follow-up and no resolution.
The lack of cleanliness is bad enough, but the complete absence of customer service afterward made it even worse. Being ignored after raising a serious concern is incredibly frustrating. Blood on bedding is a health and safety issue and is reportable to the health department.
I would strongly caution others before booking here. There are plenty of hotels that take cleanliness and customer concerns seriously and apparently this is not one of them."
