"Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel grâce a un personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Un sac petit déjeuner était prévu pour le jour du départ très tôt le matin. Le supplément chambre avec fenêtre est indispensable même si celles ci ne s’ouvrent pas ce qui est regrettable. Malgré tout déçus que la piscine et le spa soient payants y compris pour les clients de l’hôtel ou un tarif privilégié aurait été apprécié. "The staff was very helpful. We said our room was too warm and were shown how to open the tricky window plus we were given a fan. We asked for a kettle and tea bags and were given them immediately. There are always cookies for guests in the lobby. All in all a lovely place to stay in Stockholm"

"There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast.
