"The property is nice but needs updating. (Wallpaper peeling off wall, drawers sticking or not closing all the way. Housekeeping came in to clean on day 2 but left no washcloths or coffee cups. There was no remote control for the TV when we checked in and had to call front desk to get one. Food at the morning breakfast buffet was lukewarm in the warmers. Beds were very comfortable and A/C worked well. Overall property was clean and smelled nice. Grounds were attractive."

There are no ice machines on the floors so you have to call guest services each time you need ice - but they were accommodating and brought it up to our room. The beds are not comfortable - hard and my back was killing me after the first night - but clean and lots of pillows and clean sheets. Over all a very nice hotel. Parking is $38 per night."

One of the members of the family who owned this place, showed up at the gate and let us in. When you get there, you get a key to open the gate into the garden area.
