Hotel Murah di Charter Hills

"Very nice spotless room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again."

"It was okay overall. Just keep in mind that if you book a suite, they don’t have one with a mountain view, although the app will give you that option. Many thanks to Shelby, who went the extra mile to show us different rooms so we could choose the best one. Also, they don’t provide or sell sewing kits. Breakfast is served by Starbucks, which is not my favorite. However, the room itself was perfect: clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed. Enjoy your trip!"

"Clean . Friendly staff"

"Quaint motel with friendly people in the office and a clean/spacious room. Great value for what was needed on our 1 night stay."

"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean."

"3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming. The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary...

"Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff and yummy cookies in the afternoon."

"The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time."

"Excellent lodgings! The rooms are very large, clean and with good lighting! We were impressed! Loved the bathroom! Plenty of towels and washcloths and a makeup cloth were appreciated! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The was the last night for us on a 45 day adventure and it capped it off pretty well!"

"small rooms no windows strange bathroom"

"Super clean. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure could have been better and water could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was great!"

"We loved the Timberlake touches at the restaurant, the quiet restful ambiance, and the lovely property overall. Our room was disappointing in that parking was full and room was tired. No view."

"The only thing I disliked was the A/C. It was too close to the bed and was not cooling the room enough. The staff was very nice and helpful."
