"Courtney, the hotel concierge was terrific. No elevator which made getting our bags to the second floor. NO HOT WATER. Instead of letting people know, we all found out the hard way, cold and wet at 7 am, waiting and waiting for the water to turn hot. Need more cleaning in the rooms, specifically around the furniture and the threshold of the door. The waffles were good in the morning. The staff was friendly and that meant a lot.
