Hotel murah di Boonville

"I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. Punched in the face with Old smoke. I went...

"Well maintained, quiet hotel. Breakfast is better than some in Ukiah. Recommended for the cost conscious."

"This was a nice well-kept two-story property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and confrontable. Served Starbucks coffee! Had some breakfast chooses. Not much in the area to do but right off the freeway for quick access to wherever you want to go. Close to Costco. Priced well. Would stay here again."

"Please maintain the dog grass area better. Cut down weeds and make a dedicated area for dogs."

"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."

"I checked in late, 9pm, and there was no one to help on site with check in. Needed to call an after hours line. Door to my room was open which was strange. Overall property was nice and room was spacious."

"Room was very clean, right on the ocean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, right in town for easy walking"

"There is a ‘late’ check in fee after 8pm which we were not aware of. There is no one on property after that. We arrived at 9:30 and did not know what to do. Eventually someone answered the call box and came, angry and rude with us. They said the hotel does not control what Expedia tells us. This is not my problem as your customer or theirs. Ps this must happen frequently as another couple showed up after us."

"Beautiful place to spend a few nights"

"Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature. Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay."

"Great views from the room, near many coastal hiking trails, near Point Arena for any necessities. The room has a small refrigerator & a microwave which is a plus. I have stayed here 3 times, twice in the Keeper’s Room."
