"We had wanted the first floor as we are older and have handicap placard. They could not accomodate that. So we had to climb up stairs. That was the only real drawback. They said this happens all the time with Expedia….. special requests don’t make Otto the front desk."

"The views from the property and our room were amazing. Our trip was so relaxing that we did not want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children. The complimentary boat ride and trolley were unexpected and a great addition to our trip.
