The place is nice, pretty garden, good breakfast included, the staff was well trained, the room have a window to the street and sometimes we felt to much noise from the cars. The room was comfortable but very basic

I highly recommend the El Oasis. The location is convenient walking distance to town, beautifully landscaped, and clean. The Nomad restaurant at the hotel is outstanding - fabulous food, attentive service, wonderful setting and very reasonably priced.

El personal es muy amable y diligente. La habitación y zonas comunes están siempre limpias. La ubicación es excelente ya que está cerca del centro del pueblo. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo.

The property is not been taken care off, it should offer early check in and ac, even is on the mountain areas of Panama, still is hot, the only friendly person was the kitchen lady that help us with breakfast.

The staff was outstanding, my left a shirt behind and they sent me a text telling me about the shirt. Also we had to leave two days early but had already paid for the room. They gave us a voucher for two night when we return. The voucher is good for one year. The room was perfect, there was no AC but you don’t need it. Just open the windows a feel the breeze.

This is a beautiful little hotel with beautiful surroundings and great customer service. Great views of Boquete and next to an amazing restaurant (Casa Azul). Also, breakfast is included. However, we had to leave a little before 8, the time at which breakfast starts. When our hotel hostess learned this, she went the extra mile and communicated that to the morning staff and the morning hostess came to our door in the morning to let us know they had opened the kitchen early for us, without us even asking. We were able to eat a delicious breakfast and coffee in time before having to leave. Talk about going above and beyond!

DO NOT STAY HERE DURING THE FLOWER FESTIVAL!!!

The accommodation was fine though definitely past the “luxury stage”. It was comfortable and very close to Boqueté center city. You can definitely walk to all the restaurants and shops. Unfortunately we were there during the annual flower festival. That was HORRENDOUS! The activities and stage were about 200m away from the hotel. The music was so LOUD it rattled the buildings until 5.30am every single night. This ain’t the hotels fault but it would have been nice to get a warning. The staff was personable it upon arrival the clerk barely spoke English and just spoke so fast I missed everything she said.

The room was not cleaned and had an old dirty recliner stuck in the corner. Very loud music until 2am. Not at all what I expected. Breakfast was good and service there excellent. There is not an Oasis restaurant. It is a high end steak/ seafood bar. This was room 4. This is a beautiful property with a nice garden but the room and noise was very bad. I would like a refund from you or The Oasis.

Jardín espectacular, habitaciones no tanto

Primero tuvimos una mala experiencia por parte de hoteles.com (hotels.com) porque en el hotel nos dijeron que ellos no trabajan con este servicio y que no habían recibido ninguna reservación. Tuvimos que pagar en el hotel y estábamos un poco preocupados que nos cobraran dos veces porque también habíamos usado nuestra tarjeta en la reservación de hoteles.com. Las habitaciones del hotel son un poco ruidosas, se escuchaban los pasos de los huéspedes que caminaban por el pasillo, las voces de persoas y los ladridos de un perro en el piso de arriba (supuestamente no están permitidas mascotas en el hotel). El hotel en general es muy bonito y el jardín es espectacular, pero la habitación no era muy acogedora. Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación (supuestamente con balcón) por $5 adicionales y cuando llegamos a la habitación no tenía acceso al balcón, sino que era un balcón público al que había que acceder a través de un pasillo saliendo del cuarto, desde donde solo se podia ver el techo del restaurante.

The staff was fantastic m. Especially the breakfast dining area and the Oasis restaurant staff were amazing. The food was top tier! The room was quaint and clean and adequate. Their grounds were so beautiful! The flowers, gardens and paths, the frogs at night and the birds were wonderful. We would stay here again. We highly recommend their restaurant! Delicious. It was all great.
