"If you are going to ski at Pas de la Casa, it is near one the ski center. But if you visit in summer this hotel only have one advantage, that you can walk to the Ibon de les Abelletes, which is a very easy route, accesible to most of the people, yet great views to the mountains. "Convenient location, clean apartment and friendly staff. I imagine it would suit a small family on a skiing holiday. "Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience.
The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
