"Nice friendly staff in the reception. But… The beds were very hard. We could not sleep very good because of music from night clubs in the area. Even if we used earplugs we heard the music. All night until 04.00 am. Our room was on 1. floor with a terrace and sea view. That was nice but it was a smell from the kitchen downstairs. The breakfast restaurant was not very good. The ladies that worked there were not very friendly and not professional. Meny guests were complaining because everything took so long. The food was just okey. If it had been quite and breakfast better and more professional, we had enjoyed it more."

"Sunday Breakfast was not quite to pal, but the rest of the week was. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is located in a mall that you can find everything that you need. I recommend and will used again. "

"Good location, near the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are basic and in need of maintenance; the mattress was completely saggy, and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast is good. They advertise a gym on the 10th floor, but the key card doesn't allow you to select that floor. Parking is for small cars and costs 18 Euros per night. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel. As a Hotels Platinum member you don't receive nothing."

"Everything was great, the inly thing was the breakfast was a little expensive and you had to pay extra to use the spa which I think should be included in the stay. Other than that it was lovely and clean with helpful staff."

"Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple. I would not recommend"
