"Great position- 5 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean good sized room. Could do with a few more lights. Nice modern decor. Plenty of space for clothes. Nice walk in shower. Most of staff were lovely and very helpful. The young lady who checked me in was rather non welcoming"

Hotel 56 - Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean
"Sterile & minimal in every way. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no shops, no cafés, nothing. a 35 minute walk from the center of town. It advertises that it's steps away from the train station - NOT so. It a 10 minute walk and was not fun pulling a suitcase when the rain started."
