Hotel dekat Border Pond

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful"

"Room was nice and clean. So were breakfast offerings, thank you to the staff!! My only complaint is tea only offered in room, not coffee. I love to have a cup of coffee in bed and plan my day. Really don’t like having to shower, dress and be presentable to get a morning cup of joe"

"Great"

"This is an older property, but it was incredibly convenient for Hertz return and the staff were very helpful in getting us a room on a higher floor. The room was clean."

"Beautiful hotel. Free coffee bar in the lobby. Staff was so helpful."

"They didn't do room service on the first day. The check-in service was very slow—I had to wait for a while. And one more thing: nobody gave me the welcome cookie, even after my friend reminded them. What a bad experience!"

"H"

"The pet policy was not made clear to us prior to booking, upon check in we were informed that it is $75 per day per dog, which feels not too dog friendly."

"Staff was not courteous or welcoming when lookimg for a room. The clerk quoted a higher price than advertised in Expedia, and told us gomthere if we wanted that rate. Breakfast was just a snack bar and coffee or tea."

"Common areas are well maintained, but the rooms show signs of aging. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the property is in a safe area and conveniently located within minutes of the train station and downtown Mt. Kisco. Have been staying here for years and will return."
