"I checked in during a major rush. While our room wasn’t ready, the front desk staff held our bags happily so we could make the dinner and game we had scheduled. Valet was amazing! We had an early departure and were there during the Portland City Marathon- the valet knew we were worried and pulled our vehicle early before we called for it, to ensure it’d be ready for us to get on the road! Location was great. Nice walk to dinner and back from Providence Park. I’d book again!"

"I was surprised to get a $40 room charge as soon as I checked in. Usually they don't apply a charge until you actually purchase something at the snack counter. Hopefully it will be refunded!"
