"Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend."

"The villa is beautiful with a wonderful garden, it was a real pleasure to spend our vacation there. Delicious breakfasts and very nice service, every request was fulfilled. In addition, a wonderful breakfast for the road. Thank you and we will definitely come back."

"Staying up in the mountains, you have to accept that you will have insect visitors come in your room. The host gave us a spray to help the insects leave. The host kept our room clean and gave fresh towels. They helped us build our itinerary. I had to have some milk and food for my young kids and they let me use their fridge. Dog was friendly."

"Staff were really kind and friendly and it's suxh a beautiful place to stay. It's better than the photos in real life."

"Super Nice experience actually one of the best in malaysia. Real robinson experience in the outback"

"I like the place. very nice, very clean. The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play...

"Check in is at a hotel 15mins away and strictly followed the 3pm check in time. There is a shop about a 10min walk away but the actual apartment was not overly clean and the showers not getting hot. No coffee mugs or kettle provided. Unfortunately we booked this place because of the swimming pool that was closed for maintenance but not communicated beforehand."

"Big space, nice bedroom , good interior, and has all the necessary needs for a family stay. However the coffee table at the living area needs attention as the edges are sharp and at safety risk."

"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"The apartment was located in a separate building from the main hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist only mentioned that “the apartment is in the next building” without properly guiding us to the unit, which could be quite troublesome, especially for families arriving late in the evening. As the hotel is situated in a relatively undeveloped area and quite far from the town centre, it is understandable that CelcomDigi 5G coverage was very limited. However, the hotel should have compensated for...

"Enjoy our short stay there and will stay there again in the future. Highly recommended. "

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu."
