Very conveniently located opposite Centre Point Shopping Centre and 200 metres from the waterfront dining precinct. This property offers immaculately clean rooms with private bathrooms and good air conditioning. Donโ€™t expect hotel like facilities (gym, front desk etc), but if you just want a room to base yourself for your Sabah adventures, this is a great find!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Room was more roomy than in the pictures and you could tell the hosts pay attention to detail and really went out of their way for the comfort of their guests by providing many various amenities. I stayed in 4 different accom this trip and they were the most well-equipped. Though there is no lift, hosts offered to help carry our luggage. Location is wonderful and it is very near all the yummy food places.
