"We had a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. It provided beautiful views. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful. It is an easy walk to the ferry, restaurants, shops, and cruise docks."

"It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :) "

"Charming Hotel with a fantastic location on the Rhine. We had the upgraded corner room with two balconies capturing the Rhine and town view. This is a quiet, relaxed place close to Rudesheim. The breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The lobby is not 24/7 and access cards are needed after hours. "Not the prettiest location in town, with the neighboring building looking a bit abandoned. Not in the old town center, but everything is very walkable. Check-in was very friendly, and we could store (and charge) our bikes safely. The room was pretty, large enough and clean. Nice to have an a/c as well, although it was not too hot. Breakfast was okay. Some of the fruit for the fruit salad looked like it might have come from a can, but it wasn't bad. Would have appreciated a bit more cereal...

"This is a very quiet place in a residential neighborhood. The rooms are small and the staff seemed confused when I asked for 2 beds as ordered, but quickly found a solution. The location is relatively far from all the action, and it is best to have a car. The river view from the top floor is charming."
