"The Horse and Jockey was a great place to spend a few nights and have day trips around Ireland. It was really hot when we were there and they brought a fan to our room, that was great. The shampoo and body wash smell amazing! The breakfast was great and the servers were so nice each morning. I would definitely stay there again."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again."

As for the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a good rest. "This was our second stay at this lovely Lodge. Small, cosy, but more than enough room inside. Avril and Michael are great hosts and live next door for any questions you might need. It's a lovely rural location in tipperary and you can't beat the peace and quietness of the countryside here. Taxi drivers are available and Avril will provide you with the details if needed. Already looking forward to when we return again!"
