"I gave 5 stars because the customer service was amazing. I got a complimentary drink at the bar and a free coffee while I waited for check in without even asking. There could be improvements like a fan or ac but the window opened helped. Also could be a little bit cleaner in the room but for the price of everything and it being close to the train 5 stars! "

One thing that might deter people choosing this hotel is the lack of AC. We visited in late July and the room was hot. The Petra restaurant also deserves recognition as the breakfast and coffee were also excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if the opportunity arises."

The rooftop terrace and working area is especially pretty, full of trees, great tea and coffee available, and a nice breakfast. The whole stay was really easy, the hotel is very quiet and calm, a perfect place to work and to relax in Copenhagen."
