"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light.
The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in.

"We stayed at Panariello Palace from May 7th until May 13th, and from the very beginning we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is very clean, the hallways always smelled fresh, and our room smelled wonderful both when we arrived and throughout our entire stay.
The reception staff were very helpful and always willing to think along with the needs and wishes of their guests. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking both the mountains and the sea.

"The place was wonderful. We loved the balcony off our room facing out to Capri. The location was quiet which we wanted. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they assisted us with our tours. We enjoyed our stay very much. "
