Roach on wall. Filthy, stained and sticky.
Had to book a different hotel and they refused to give a refund. Hotels.com also refused to help. A roach was on the wall. Everything was filthy and stained. "Large" twin bed sofa was tiny and disgusting. It was not a safe place to stay. Items were in disrepair. Lights did not work. Bathrooms were gross. Microwave was crooked and falling down. Counters were sticky. Maybe the lights did not work because they were hoping you would not see the roaches or the stains.

The worst experience I’ve had and I have been booking my Orbitz for years, until now. I will never use Orbitz again. The place was dirty, the door looked like it was kicked in and patched up. Glass on the carpet and it smelled like smoke. It was so bad that me and family left. It was not safe at all. When I called Orbitz to let them know about it, all they did was offering me a coupon for $50. Just WOW!!

We canceled our stay upon opening the door to room. Just seeing outer we knew was going to be bad! But it was disgusting and horrible! I didn’t enter past door due to smell and obvious water damage inside and outside room. The parking lot had huge holes in it. The bedding was from the 70’s and dirty and carpet was so dirty! The furniture I could see I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on if I had one. They painted the front building but around side and back it was damaged and falling apart. The pics online r not what was on site. Pool was shut I hope cause didn’t look safe. The “breakfast” area was old an outdated but found out they don’t serve anyway. My husband who is a marine was uncomfortable enough while I was talking to front desk he put his gun on his hip. There is no way that there wasn’t bugs and possibly drug paraphernalia in that room. But as I stated I didn’t walk past opening door the smell and look was to horrific! Owner acted up set at first that I wasn’t staying and wanted a detailed description of what was wrong with room. Easier list is to say what was right…..nothing! Did get a refund threw expedia! Don’t stay here it needs a complete remodel from the ground up!

I do apologize that we fell short of your expectations. I just took over this property about a month ago, so I do have my challenges ahead of me. As for wanting a detailed description of what was wrong with each room wasn't directed at the guest, but more so needing to know what to address with my housekeeping and maintanance staff. We are about to undergo a huge renovation project with our property, so your feedback is important as we move forward. I can assure you however, I am doing everything to ensure the safety of our guests. With that being said, I am positive there was no drug paraphanalia in the rooms. I would like to invite you back within 6 months to see the changes that are about to happen for this property. Again, I am sorry we fell short of your expectations.

My room had a lot of gnats in it at check in. The fridge was dirty (inside and out). I woke up to an ant crawling on me (I’m a pest professional and luckily did not see bedbugs). Crickets in the bathroom. Just not very clean.

Very unprofessional staff, tv was broken, took them 2 hours to decide to put me in another room, I declined because I was tired and sleepy by then. Hair was on the toilet as well as the vanity.Will never look that way again

This Hotel needs an upgrade
The property is old & couches were stained. Found food left in refrigerator. The staff were very nice & helpful but i would not stay there again.

Unfortunately, this place is in a decent location in town but that's all that can be said as positive. The amount mold growing in the bathroom was astounding. There were many issues in the room that had not been fixed for years it would seem. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned since placement. Sadly, they seem to still be operating under COVID protocols. The lobby and the "free" (non-existent) breakfast were not available. The list of negatives is more than i care to continue to list here. Just stay somewhere else.

Hotel Review
My stay here was ok. It wasn't a four star hotel or even a three star hotel but overall it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Also the new owners are remodeling the whole property so once that is done this place should get better reviews. The hotel is also located within walking distance to a Texas Roadhouse .restaurant. Very convenient. And I would advise making reservations as this place does stay full .

This property was amazing for the price we got it at! It felt literally like a small house! Had upstairs and downstairs 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and kitchen! It was very nice , I had seen bad reviews on cleanliness and bugs but we didn’t see any bugs while there. The room was cleaned but not deep cleaned for example There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan and rust on the outside of the fridge but overall Was clean and great! We will definitely book again. They were super accepting and the woman was friendly! It felt like a very safe neighborhood ! As an LGBT couple with small kids 10/10 would recommend

Wouldn’t recommend at all
The lady at the front desk was nice, that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. The room was not clean, the chair had stains, the carpet was filthy, the bathtub was nasty had scum, couldn’t bring myself to shower in there. There was fake nails in the floor, it was just nasty. The check in system and internet was down during arrival, they couldn’t pull up my reservation, good thing I had my email. They couldn’t process card deposit so it was cash only, I mentioned I’ll be leaving early the following morning and they mentioned that the inspection will only be a few minutes and I get my deposit back. The following morning there was no one at the front desk, doors locked, when I called the number posted, they said they don’t give back cash deposit until after 1030 am, good thing I was still around, I went back later that night, no one at the front desk, I tried calling the place the rest of the weekend no answer, I did manage to get my deposit the following week no issue. But save yourself the headache, spend a little more for a better place. I’d rather sleep in my car before having to go back there.

Room was rather gross, lights didnt work, tissue paper holder broken, putside of the building was messed up. Nothing like in the pictures online. Toilet leaked, noise from passing vehicle's was horrible. Was no clean as the counter top was sticky and it had to be wiped down. Tv buttons were broken as well. Went to check out and no one in the lobbyz falled the number on the door since the lobby was locked and after 2 attempts they finally answered and kist told me to l3ave the key on a ledge.

so much it could be but isnt
this suite hotel has potential but lacks updating and is in need of a good maintenance person. maybe being a maintenance supervisor i notice too much. the toilet run on and off, drapes were detached on one side from the ceiling several spots in the walls were in need of repair and painting. chairs were stained badly, and the carpet was too. really nice size room and great location but the company that owns this property should invest in these suites upgrade them they hold a 75 dollar deposit which i have yet to get back so hopefully i dont have to go through red tape to get it back i should have done cash instead and picked it back up at check out. im not saying i wouldnt stay here again but it wouldnt be my 1st choice in Bossier City.

Our first room the air vent was hanging from the ceiling, the couch was soo stained you didn't want to touch it, dirty towels were left in the bathroom, the telephone wasn't connected, the room was filithy. The second room was dirty, refrigerator/microwave are rusty, huge holes in doors, nasty outdated bathtub, the heat didn't work well (25° outside), the tv only had 1 channel (remote didn't work), the AIR VENT HAD MOLD!!!

We pulled into the parking lot and someone in a vehicle near the entrance said: "Don't stay here, there are cockroaches." We should have listened but didn't. We checked in and took our stuff up to our rooms. One room was disgustingly dirty. The other was OK. After 10 minutes, we saw a cockroach. We immediately went to the check-in desk and asked for our money back. That request was refused. The response of the desk agent was: "We have a policy that if you have been here longer than 10 minutes, there are no refunds." We had Expedia call and try to get the charges reversed. The hotel also refused Expedia's request. This has got to be the worst motel I have encountered in the US. Do NOT book here.

We were given the wrong size room which was pretty gross. They gave us the right size room that was even grosser. We left and found another place to stay. Horrible especially for the price! Very disappointed in both Expedia and the properties.

Our room was in very bad shape, kitchen was dirty I ask for a no smoking room and our room was smelling like marijuana the couch was in terrible condition definitely not recommended also the carpet was super dirty. If you go with kids definitely this is not the place you want to take your kiddos and my kids couldn’t even sleep.

This place was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. My wife actually got sick from the cigarette smell. There was no shower curtain. And the floor was rotted in the bathroom. Holes in the carpet.

The dump we stayed in
Furniture was broken. No dishes or eating utensils. Burns on comforters. Sheets and towels had stains. Found roaches in beds. Most lightbulbs were out so little lighting. Holes in walls. Cables for tv just hanging down the wall. Old food left in cabinets. Fire alarm was constantly beeping so they just took the battery out. Told manager about it and she didn't care about the issues

My family of 5 plus 3 pups stayed here for a few nights during our unfortunate evacuation after hurricane ida literally left our town with no electricity for 30 days and half the town flooded… POSITIVE : *The staff was AWESOME. SO FRIENDLY! I’d stay here again just bc of that. 🤗 *EXCELLENT PRICE! NEGATIVE: !!!I am only mentioning these things so future guests know to bring their own stuff so they don’t end up having our issues!!! *There was a kitchen but nothing as far as pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils… all drawers were totally empty so the kitchen was pointless and we had to spend more money to eat rather than cooking the food we had brought. *There were no shampoos or soaps in the room at all so glad I brought my own. *One of the beds was broken and sunken in the middle (my husband flipped it over and fixed it for a the hotel - wasn’t an issue and hotel doesn’t know, well, til now lol. Y’all are welcome 🤗) **!!WOULD I STAY AGAIN??? ❤️DEFINITELY A HUGE YES YES YES! 🤗 THANK YALL FOR BRING SO AWESOME!

The room needed major updates. The water dripped constantly in the tub and the toilet bowl did not fill everytime it was flushed. Most of the electric sockets did not work. Needs more lighting in the room.

1st... they are run down 2nd.... stains on the furniture 3rd... i was told that we couldn't use tge showers because it was linking into the room downstairs. 4th... its been a week and i still don't have my deposits back 5th... when i call about my deposit i get placed on hold and no one return to the phone

Only good thing about this place is if you have a big group there is plenty of room. Other then that it wasnt clean, the room smelled like stall smoke, The tv did not work, the beds were hard as a rock. The air barely worked. And it was too expensive to have all those problems.
