"We showed up late (travel issues) and they had rented our room to someone else leaving us without a room for an entire night - and paying for it anyway.
The hotel did nothing to help and expedia staff were also unhelpful. We ended up spending more than 40 hours in the airport because no rooms were available in Boston."

"Positives: The bed & pillows were fantastic! The harbor view was beautiful. The staff did accommodate early check in, whixh was so appreciated.
Negatives: the shower did not get more than Luke warm. I did not feel welcome by the majority of the staff."
