"Lovely staff all around. The hotel overbooked and so I was asked if I really needed the room type I requested. I paid full price and booked weeks in advance so I presumed it would be ok. I ended up getting a lower floor room and couldn’t even get extra bedding as the hotel was so crowded. Be mindful this may happen. "

"I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age. "

"Our coffee bar was stocked improperly every day, we were over charged from the gift shop, there was construction going on (prices should’ve been reduced due to this in my opinion) it was loud and and not the environment we anticipated. Location was good though on a positive note. "

"Staff was excellent hotel very clean couple mins away from a mall 25 mins drive to the airport staying at this hotel makes you feel not even leave the hotel this hotel rate 5 stars great great stay . Fro. Checking in to checkout staff was very friendly give tips on what to do around ."
