"The staff at the Hyatt in Cambridge was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and efficient, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were happy to accommodate additional requests for our room and provided excellent recommendations for local entertainment and travel. We visited during a record-breaking heat wave, so the comfortable lounge/pub was the perfect place to relax, have a bite, and cool off. Again, the staff amazing! The hotel’s location was also excellent, just a pleasant walk to the fireworks display and strolling across the bridge to the Back Bay, also within easy reach of Fenway Park, Harvard and MIT. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return and recommend."
