"Pros: location, the front staff were kind and accommodating, coffee and other beverages available 24/7, filtered water provided on each floor.
Cons: the beds are advertised as queen but seemed more like a full-size, the room was tiny—even for two people, housekeeping lacked, no refrigerator or microwave
