I don’t know if they have room service, but I couldn’t figure out a way to get through to them. They only have one bar/restaurant off the lobby that is open from 5 PM until midnight.

maid service was spotty. 3 out of 5 night room was not touched and coffee was not restocked. (low cleanliness and staff rating) Room door was very sticky, and when checking in, engineer had to fix door before I could enter. long, frustrating wait. (low facilities and property rating) parking was terrible. only two handicapped spots in front of hotel, often had to park on side of building walking too far for a handicapped person to limp all the way. Setting was picturesque, but access to property was limited and inconvenient. Overall, I had thought better of a Doubletree than this.

Everything went well. Just one comment to share. The workout room had no wipes or towels to wipe down equipment after use. When I inquired I was told that the hotel is waiting for a shipment. I even went into the nearby bathroom to look for papertowels and they were also out. That's a huge sanitary problem and especially with Covid still active, the ability to clean down equipment should be easier. If your order isn't in, have someone run to target to get something.
