We had to get new key cards every night as the ones we had would not work when we returned for the night. The last day we were there our room was not cleaned and we did not get new towels and wash cloths.

This hotel is pretty outdated and has not be kept up. Tub drain backed up, toilet was old and slow, cobwebs under the bed, worn curtains and spider in the bathroom. It is serviceable, but more on par with a Super 8, not a Hilton.

Bed and pillows are very very very uncomfortable. The beds are very very hard and uncomfortable. Also the pool being closed was very disappointing. Needs to be fixed. Wouldn't stay there ever again. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I was very surprised that there was no microwave in the room. The pool was closed. You have to wonder why the rooms are so expensive? You don't even get the minimum of what I consider to be the basics in a hotel room. nothing special.

The stay was great, comfortable, accommodating, relaxing and enjoyable. Room and facility was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would book another stay in future.

This Hilton was very nice. It was clean, and the front desk had excellent customer service. There was a ton of free parking, as they have their own multi-level garage. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a chirping smoke detector that I told them about, and although it wasn't easy to find, they had someone take care of it until it was addressed.
