"Although the pictures looked nice online, the rooms themselves were a bit dated. Wallpaper showed wear in the hallways. Front desk help were not friendly. We paid additional for a seaport view, and ended up looking at transportainers. There are many nice hotels in the area at the same price. Don't think we would go back."

"The room and property itself were very nice & clean. I called 5 hours early after a red eye flight to see if i could check in early and they told me yes, that they would call me when my room was ready. I never received a call, so I arrived at 3:15 after waiting around all day with nowhere to go on no sleep, and my room was in fact ready, and had been ready.
