"The check-in process was very easy, and the hotel was simple to navigate; it was clean and bright. It didn’t feel scary walking through by myself. The room was clean, and they kept it very tidy with every clean. Some issues: the bathroom door would get stuck if you closed it all the way. I would have to shove it open. On my last day, I came back to my hotel to it being very cold. Which wasn’t an issue usually ‘cause I can just turn the temperature up (it was on AUTO) and turn off the fan. However, the AC kept blasting for the next couple of hours. Eventually I slept through it, but by morning, the room was about 6° colder than it was before. It didn’t seem as if turned off at all. Then it might’ve just been my neighbors, but it was quite loud some days late into the night. I enjoyed my stay, and liked it being in the center of the city. Easy to get to and close to major transits. The staff were kind and helpful. Most of all, it felt safe. So, thank you for a great stay!"
