Property is pretty run down, unlike the impression you get from the Expedia pictures. The carpets and bathrooms are at least 25 years old. The breakfast is VERY limited, from a hot items perspective, just waffles and coffee, even the eggs were cold... Front desk personnel was nice. Sheets, towels and bathroom were clean. Location is good if you have a car.

Staff were very nice and accommodating! Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but overall convenient and comfortable, clean bed. The area isn’t great but there is a parking lot and someone at the desk at all times

I was very unsure of this property after reading all the bad reviews. I really didn't know what to expect. The hotel is definitely dated, but our room was clean, with no issues. The breakfast was good as any continental breakfast. The staff (day and night) were great, very helpful, and friendly, knew alot about the area and took tine to help us with the maps and where we needed to go. I would stay there again

Very old needs complete overhaul. Mattress looked like it came from a dumpster. The rug was dirty and needed vacuuming. Every corner of the room had dirt and crumbs.

Location worked perfectly for me. Parking was great, staff was helpful. Furnishings, carpet etc poorly maintained and needed much work. Mattress very old and lumpy. Smell of old smoke everywhere. Breakfast area too small for the number of people and attention not given to keeping food replenished etc.

Je suis extrêmement déçue des réservation avec expédia. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes et nous avons obtenu une chambre avec seulement deux lits. Lorsque nous avons demandé pourquoi nous n’avions pas de lit pour la 5eme personne, la réceptionniste n’a pas été très agréable et nous a répondu qu’il y avait seulement des chambres avec deux lits. Nous avons redemandé au réceptionniste en service le soir qui nous a expliqué qu’expédia ne précisait pas que les chambres étaient en réalité conçues pour 4 personnes. Je ne réserverai plus avec ce site.

There is no pool... Even though online it shows pictures of a pool. The breakfast wasn't great. Very bad coffee. But the staff were amazing, room was fine.

Typical and average US hotel charging high prices for a budget product (at best). Location not the best but accessible to train station to central Boston and some convenient shops nearby. Disappointed that only one coffee sugar/milk pack supplied in a room for two people.

Nous voyageons avec notre petit chien de 4 livres. Pour cela, ils regroupent tous les voyageurs avec chiens sur le même étage. Mais vous devriez voir le tapis !!!!! Tellement sale. Plusieurs fois souillé mais jamais lavé. J’ai voyagé des dizaines de fois dans des La Quinta je n’en ai jamais vu un avec des tapis aussi sales. 25$/ par nuit pour le chien. Très très déçue

We stayed a few nights as tourists to Boston and chose this place for affordability and accessibility to the subway. The room was fine, and provided the space we required. Decor and furniture felt a bit dated/tired but still provided comfort and was clean. Area was easily accessible and felt safe, and there was a secure luggage room that we could store our belongings between check out and onward journey. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Would use again for a short stays in the city

Le service de navette pour l'aéroport (gratuit, passe aux heures) et la possibilité de stationner pour une longue durée à 10US par jour est vraiment utile et facile. Ils nous ont même gardé des muffins pour le déjeuner puisque notre vol était trop tôt pour le déjeuner standard. La chambre est fonctionnelle avec un frigo moyen format et un four micro-ondes.
