Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual key box access codes never worked was not working. I called three times and was able to finally get some help… this place is not really worth the money, it is not luxurious, all the staff on site say management is a whole other thing so you have to call for help, and lastly the room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years when we got there.

I was staying in the Boston area for work and this was the perfect place to stay. Lots of room and easy to get to and the staff were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!
